After we have contacted with our overseas customer half a year,They decide to cooperate
with us. They're interested in our pin header connectors,network wall plate and USB wall plate
charger. And we have sent our sample and get their approval. For our pin header connectors,they
have maken trial order to us for two times. For more cooperation,they need their QC manager Mr
Gianluca Esposito from italy to audit our factory and check our all certification and company
Process Flow,PFMEA, Control Plan.
Injection workshop Assemble workshop Mould equipment
In 26,June. QC manager Mr.Gianluca Esposito come to our factory with us. He careful inspect our injection shop,low-speed wire moving shop,mould equipment shop,product assemble shop,And UL approval laboratory ...He looked around our factory,while he say continuous:“good,very good,perfect. it's a very professional factory...” Especial after he come to our automatic assemble shop,he really was shocked.He happy smile with satisfaction.
Automatic Assembly Workshop
Final we come to meeting room to discuss our products,QC,flow and samples ect. And check our ROHS ,UL, FCC,ISO9001,ISO14001 ect. certification,and ask and see our PPAP documents. In whole process,he fell very satified with it. And make a promise only our PPAP documents approvaled,they will give more orders
and cooperation in other products and field.
Before he left,he also took our some connectors,plastics and electronics samples.
