The IP protection level consists of two numbers. The first number indicates dust and prevents foreign matter from entering the device. The second number indicates the degree of airtightness of the appliance to the extent of moisture and water intrusion. The higher the number, the higher the degree of protection.

0 - no protection

Under normal circumstances, the home environment, office space, high air humidity, water or dusty places or need to be waterproof and dustproof, it is recommended to use waterproof and dustproof switches, sockets, it is generally recommended to achieve IP55 level, higher Levels will increase your costs.
